Camera ready, vector artwork must be submitted with purchase order, even on reorders. First proof is free, any changes will incur a $8.00 proof change fee. Ship dates may also be impacted. PMS match fee will apply. $57 (W)

In Production Order Restrictions
Orders that include drop shipments cannot be modified when in production. This includes address changes and quantity changes. If customer initiates hold of an in production order to make artwork or item changes, customer is responsible for all costs associated with items produced prior to hold.
Any increase in quantity to an in production order will have a later ship date.
Insertions
We will insert customer-supplied items at a charge of .49 -. 75 (W) per item. Fee may change depending on size of item, email with more specifics of the project for quote.
Minimum Order Quantity
Published minimum quantity applies for decorated items and blanks.
Absolute minimum is 1/2 the published minimum item quantity and a charge of $112. (W) will apply.
Samples
Due to our food related products, sample fee will apply and samples may not always be available on specific items.

Proofs
First Paper/Virtual proofs are offered at no charge. Any changes will incur a $8. fee.
Purchase Orders
To avoid delays in processing your order, confirm your order includes:
Contact name
Item number, description and color of each item
Quantity and price
Electronic art/ even on reorders
Decoration method
Location and size of decoration
Colors (PMS#) fee will apply
Indicate if proof is required
Shipping method/address
Product in-hands date
Production Time
All our items are made to order to insure the furthest expiration date out on food items. Allow 8-12 business days from proof approval. Rush orders available. Email in-hand date for options.
Drop Shipments
Drop shipment delivery addresses must be provided at the time of order. Orders that include drop shipments cannot be modified when in production. This includes quantity changes.
There is an additional charge on drop shipments for each shipping address.
Orders that require drop-shipments will not be released to production until the drop ship address template is submitted.

Card Inserts
Full color hang tag and card inserts are available to include your message and logo for added branding.
Pricing 1 @ $ 2.98 (W)/50 @ $1.76 (W)/ 100 @ $1.12 (W). No set up charge to hang tags or cards. Submit artwork, layer out as you want it printed and approved by client to avoid changes and delays. Template available on home page.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Shipping and handling fees are not included in quotes, unless specifically specified.
A 3rd party shipper number can be used with a flat $15. processing fee. Inquire about international.
NOTE: Handling fees for shipper boxes and packing will be invoiced separate depending on your order qty.
Once order has left our dock, Stuff A Mug is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by insufficient addresses or issues with carrier.
Any additional charges from carrier after delivery for returns, address corrections etc. will be invoiced back to client.
Payment Options:
Payment required at time of order, as food and items are special ordered and non-returnable.
Credit card payments with a 3.99% processing fee will apply, or ACH option available upon request with a flat $10. processing fee as we are billed from our processor.
